Welcome to UPLIFT by Upper Hand! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the UPLIFT mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Hate speech, harassment, spam, and inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.
• Users can report inappropriate content, and accounts with excessive reports may be suspended or removed.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. User-Generated Content & Licensing

• By posting content on UPLIFT, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content within the platform.
• We do not claim ownership of your content, but we reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in spam, harassment, or harmful behavior.
• Receive multiple reports for inappropriate activity.
