Do you prefer individual programs unique to each athlete when doing strength/speed training or do you design to fit a larger group and be generic in nature?

Curious how everyone handles compensation with multiple trainers, W2 vs 1099 etc.. we have 2 sides to the biz- basketball training and sport performance (strength, speed, agility). We do groups and a trainer might be on certain days and overlap on customers. Hourly is only way I see working, curious how everyone handles.
